If you are driving in from I-4 Eastbound, the best way to get to the Magic Kingdom is to get off at Exit 62 (Florida 417N toward Airport/Disney World/Celebration) and follow the signs towards Disney World. However, the Disney Resort buses drop you off at a bus stop right at the front of the Magic Kingdom park. If you are traveling in by car, you will be parking at the Transportation and Ticket Center (See info on Transportation and Ticket Center below) and from there you will have to take a ferry boat or monorail to the front of the Magic Kingdom park. From the TTC you can get to any Disney World Theme Park - or find the Lost and Found for Disney World! Even a trip to Lost and Found can be fun with a trip on the Monorail! If you park at EPCOT or the Magic Kingdom (or any larger lot) a picture on a cellular phone can be a great aid to find your vehicle at the end of a long day.There are many ways to get to the Magic Kingdom park. The stories of late night rides and the thrill of the fun recorded messages or friendly cast members driving the buses can make good family memories! View the TTC as a hub of activity to find your way to several locations. Maybe you find that a Disney Bus is available. Be ready to explore if a boat might be a preferred travel venue for time or availability. Don't skip enjoying seeing Chef Mickey in the Contemporary as you pass through the Resort on your way from the TTC to the Magic Kingdom! Waving at diners, hotel guests, or theme park visitors and seeing how many wave back can be a thrill for the young and young-at-heart! Monorails are not up and running for multiple reasons and at uncertain times.

It is fairly unique (although similar to some city metro transportation) and the hope for fun adventure at stops can be exciting. Walt Disney World's Monorail can be a fantastic fun way to move between the Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, the Polynesian Resort, the Contemporary Resort, the Grand Floridian, or several other fun restaurants, shops, and events - including the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC)! The ride can be part of the Magic on the Monorail.
